Shipping Policy

Helia Crystal ships natural crystal products, sample orders, mixed lots, and selected wholesale orders internationally.

Processing and shipping options

Available shipping methods depend on the destination, parcel weight, volumetric weight, product fragility, packing requirements, order quantity, and carrier availability. Depending on the order, we may use international air parcel, express courier, freight-forwarding, or buyer-arranged shipping.

Shipping cost and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are determined by the destination, actual or volumetric weight, packing requirements, and current carrier rate. The applicable shipping charge and available method are shown at checkout where available, or confirmed with the customer before an order requiring manual freight confirmation is completed.

Delivery estimates vary by destination, customs processing, carrier route, and seasonal logistics conditions. Any stated delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Split shipments and special orders

Orders containing mixed lots, fragile items, larger pieces, custom packing, or different ready dates may be packed or shipped separately when this is the most suitable arrangement. We will provide relevant shipping information after dispatch where tracking is available.

Address accuracy and customs

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Import duties, taxes, customs processing, and local requirements may apply depending on the destination unless otherwise explicitly confirmed for the order.
