Refund and Returns Policy

Helia Crystal supplies natural crystal products for wholesale, sample orders, and selected retail orders. Natural stone color, pattern, size, and exact pieces may vary by batch.

Return window

Please contact support@heliacrystal.com within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details.

Return conditions

Returned items must be unused, in their original packing condition, and approved before return shipment. Custom-packed lots, mixed wholesale lots, and confirmed batch orders are reviewed case by case.

Return shipping

If the issue is caused by our packing error or an incorrect shipment, we will work with you on a replacement, refund, or return solution. For buyer-requested returns that are approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after returned goods or shipment evidence has been reviewed. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
