Muse GSC Reader — Privacy Policy
Muse GSC Reader — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026. This notice applies specifically to the internal Muse GSC Reader Google OAuth application. The general Helia Crystal storefront privacy policy separately governs website browsing and purchases.
Google data accessed
With an authorized Google account, the tool requests only
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly.
It reads the account's verified Search Console properties, search queries,
clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, sitemap processing,
and URL index status. It does not request Gmail, Drive, contacts or account
profile data. It does not edit Search Console or publish content.
Purpose and use
Data is used only for the company's own website-indexing diagnostics, SEO performance reports, and authorized internal operational decisions. The application never sells Google user data, shares it with advertisers, or uses it to develop or train general-purpose AI models. Access is limited to approved internal operators and the existing company automation connector acting on their behalf.
Storage and security
Google authorization refresh tokens are stored in the operating system's protected credential store. Temporary access tokens are obtained directly from Google's OAuth service; they are not displayed publicly. Limited search-performance results and diagnostics may be held in company-controlled systems to carry out internal SEO reporting. Access is restricted and access may be revoked by the owner at any time. We do not knowingly collect unrelated personal information through this tool.
Retention and deletion
Operational performance data is retained only as needed to operate and audit the authorized internal SEO workflows and is deleted when no longer required. An authorized account owner may revoke Google access under their Google Account third-party connections and request deletion of stored connector reports via the contact page.
Disclosure and Limited Use
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google API data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the owner's requested internal service, to comply with law, or with the owner's explicit consent.
